LayAway Rules:*
- All LayAways assess a $5 Service Fee. 1st payment must be received between 5:am and 7:am on November 25 (in the amount of $30 {$25 for 1st payment and $5 service fee, respectively}). LayAway is limited and guaranteed on a first come, first served basis
- The remaining 2 or 3 payments must be made by the 15th of each month starting in December (i.e., Dec 15, Jan 15, Feb 15 and
Mar 15). If payment is not received by these dates purchaser will forfeit 1st payment ($25), service fee ($5) and the $75 special or the $100 special, respectively. Therefore, 1st payment and Service Fee are nonrefundable. Cancellation fees apply

Restrictions: All Credit Card payments will assess a $2 processing fee. Each guest will receive a weekend wristband to be worn the entire weekend; therefore, Black Friday Weekend Passes are nontransferrable. The wristband provides access to all Steppers Balls and four steppin workshops and, ensures front row VIP seat on Friday, Saturday & Sunday only and does not include any Afterparties, if applicable. Guests who want to sit together, must purchase packages together. All guests are registered and must pick up their own Weekend Pass.
*LayAway does not qualify for VIP tables. To secure the Special for a VIP Table for 10 for Friday, Saturday & Sunday only, 10 packages must be purchased simultaneously in the amount of $750 (between 5a-7a) or $1,000 (after 7a or until packages are sold out), respectively. By purchasing the Black Friday Special, you agree to these terms. No refunds and no exceptions. Project STEP reserves the right to modify these restrictions.
